About Us
Local Collective Jax is a family-run real estate development company based in Jacksonville, FL. Rooted in the principles of New Urbanism, we focus on neighborhood-scale projects (no more than three stories), located in walkable neighborhoods within Jacksonville’s urban core. We work at the intersection of purpose and profit, creating spaces that enrich communities and deliver strong returns.

New Urbanism can be exercised in two ways: building from the ground up or working with what’s already here to create spaces where families and communities can truly thrive.
