Local Collective Jax is a family-run real estate development company based in Jacksonville, FL. Rooted in the principles of New Urbanism, we focus on creating walkable, human-scale neighborhoods. We work at the intersection of purpose and profit, creating spaces that enrich communities and deliver strong returns to our local investors.
