Local Collective Jax is always seeking “neighborhood scale commercial” buildings within Jacksonville’s urban core. Our criteria for these buildings are: three stories or less, must have the ability to impact its surroundings, and possess strong value add and return opportunities.

Infill new construction projects can take two forms: something as small as a single home built on an empty neighborhood lot to something as large in scale as an entire New Urbanist community thoughtfully designed from the ground up.
